Nollie has testified before the Commercial Crime Courts in matters involving corruption, fraud, money laundering, and regulatory investigations. She has led employee misconduct investigations and acted as an expert in employee and employer-related disputes.
Nollie has expertise in cybercrime, fraud, and other financial crime-related misconduct. She specialises in disputes involving professional negligence, intellectual property infringement, racketeering, bribery, corruption, and employee misconduct, as well as in business intelligence engagements involving asset profiling.
Background
Nollie has previous experience in a management role at the Office of the Auditor General of South Africa (AGSA), where she was part of a team that enforced compliance under the Public Audit Act of 2019 (PAA). She managed compliance with public sector legislation, reviewed financial losses, drafted disciplinary charges, prepared expert reports, and liaised with enforcement agencies, including the Hawks and the Special Investigations Unit.
Nollie holds an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence and a postgraduate degree in accounting, taxation, management accounting, and auditing. She is a member of the International Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is the deputy chairperson of the Institute of Commercial Fraud Practitioners committee.
