Ram has supported the delay expert in arbitrations under various rules including ICC, DIAC, ADCCAC, and BCDR. He has produced expert reports on disputes with values of up to $108 million.

Ram specialises in detailed project delay and disruption analysis, identifying the critical path and critical delays from the project commencement through to completion or termination. He has assisted the delay expert, including conducting workshops with lawyers and preparing for cross-examination, on disputes involving metro rail, a hospital, a commercial complex, dredging and reclamation works, vessel manufacturing, and oil and gas pipelines.

Ram is dual qualified with master’s degrees in construction law and arbitration and design engineering. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Society of Construction Law (Gulf).
