He has supported owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors including the preparation, management and analysis of critical path schedules for both construction schedule maintenance and claims assessment, as well as the preparation of delay and damages reports.

Background
Rick has a background in international general contracting and construction management with experience of projects ranging from oil and gas (with an emphasis on steam assisted gravity drainage [SAGD], gas processing and pipelines), industrial and power to infrastructure, commercial and institutional sectors. He has experience in project management, contract risk assessment, scheduling, change processing and project close out.
Rick is a regular faculty member for the Osgoode Law School Certificate in Construction Law program and is a founding fellow and board member of the Project Management College of Scheduling. He regularly presents for industry organizations on a range of topics including project management, internal process improvement, delay and productivity analysis techniques, and ethics.
