Sanjana Chandorkar is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 15 years of professional experience. She has assisted the named expert regarding forensic accounting and investigation matters on more than 10 occasions.

Sanjana has supported experts on litigation matters across various jurisdictions including the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of New South Wales, Supreme Court of Victoria, NSW District Court, and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. She has been engaged as part of the expert team on disputed matters of up to AUS$300 million.

Sanjana specialises in forensic accounting, quantification of damages, class actions, and financial investigations including asset and funds tracing engagements. She has led on the execution and delivery of analysis and field work, preparing expert reports, joint expert reports (where applicable), and assisting named expert with evidence preparation.

Background

Sanjana has worked in multinational professional services firms for the majority of her career. Prior to specialising in forensic accounting, she gained valuable experience in risk advisory, internal and external audit practices.

Sanjana is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Forensic Accounting Specialist (Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand). She holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Mumbai, India.
