Tony Worick is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in government contract compliance, strategy, and advisory.

Tony has acted as an accounting expert and has led hundreds of audit findings and preliminary compliance determinations regarding the allowability, allocability, and reasonableness of costs in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) cost principles and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). He has advised on disputes with values of up to $13 million. Tony enables growth and strategy through compliance and advises clients on the requirements and capabilities needed to enter and expand government contracts portfolios.

Tony supports clients through the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audit process, identifying potential non-compliance, calculating damages, determining the root cause of compliance risks, and implementing effective corrective action and remediation plans. He has also advised regarding the adequacy of internal controls for compliance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) business system criteria.

Tony’s knowledge of FAR and CAS requirements, indirect rates, and internal controls supports responsible and efficient growth through organic growth, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
