Tripp brings more than 10 years of experience advising public and private-sector clients on the planning, delivery, and oversight of large, complex capital programs across the energy, transportation, hospitality, healthcare, government, education, residential, and manufacturing sectors. He is recognized for helping organizations strengthen governance, manage project and contract risk, improve delivery confidence, and recover value across major capital investments.

His experience spans project advisory services, capital program advisory, construction audits (including cost recovery, contract compliance, and project governance reviews), project management information system (PMIS) strategy and implementation, process and control diagnostics, and independent QA/QC oversight. Tripp is known for bridging strategy, technology, and execution, having developed and led a capital technology partnership ecosystem that enables owners and contractors to enhance transparency, reporting, and controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Tripp has extensive experience building advisory practices and delivering owner-focused solutions, including executive advisory services, PMIS selection and implementation, and cost recovery initiatives that have identified and recovered millions of dollars in project costs. He has led engagements for some of the largest and most complex owner-managed capital programs in North America, helping clients address project risk, contractor performance issues, and operational blind spots that can emerge during program delivery.
