Landmark NH90 Settlement – Multidisciplinary Expertise in Action

Brief

HKA was engaged by NHIndustries SAS in a major aerospace dispute involving the Norwegian NH90 helicopter programme. The dispute was resolved through an amicable settlement between NHIndustries SAS and the Norwegian Government, ending all legal proceedings and disputes. 

What we did

The case required a comprehensive approach to address complex financial, economic, scheduling and technical issues. NHIndustries SAS faced significant claims and operational challenges related to the reintegration of NH90 helicopters and associated equipment. .

The agreement included arrangements for the return of equipment and a financial settlement, ensuring that responsibilities and obligations were clearly defined for both sides.
