HKA is delighted to announce that Paul Jolly, Principal in our Forensic Technical Services team, will be speaking at DWF’s Construction Conference, taking place on 4 November, in their offices in London. Paul will be joining the discussion on post-implementation analysis of the Building Safety Act: unpacking the real-world consequences for the construction industry in real terms.

As a featured speaker, Paul Jolly is a Chartered Architect with over 20 years of construction industry experience. He has been appointed as a technical expert on more than 20 occasions.
Paul has prepared expert reports and undertaken forensic analysis on professional negligence matters involving external cladding, roofing systems, fire safety compliance and construction defects. He has acted as a named expert in adjudication proceedings on three occasions and his expert appointments have included disputes with values in excess of £60 million.
Hosted by DWF’s Infrastructure, Construction and Energy team taking a cinematic lens to the sector’s current and compelling narratives, with a programme geared to inform, challenge and motivate.
