Tony brings extensive experience advising government contractors on complex Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) matters, internal controls, cost accounting practices, and U.S. government audit readiness. He has worked with contractors of all sizes, including Fortune 100 companies serving U.S. defense and civilian agency markets, helping them manage compliance risk while improving operational efficiency and business performance.  

Tony has specialized expertise in cost accounting practice design and evaluation, indirect rate structures, business systems compliance, DCAA and DCMA audit issues, mergers and acquisitions, incurred cost submissions, contractor claims, and cost proposals.

Tony is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Nebraska, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University. He is also active in the government contracting community through organizations including the National Defense Industrial Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and he regularly serves as a panelist, speaker, and instructor on U.S. government contract compliance matters for organizations such as Federal Publications Seminars and the Public Contracting Institute.
