HKA Managing Director Tyler Smith Khoury contributes to ICCA Report No. 8
We are pleased to recognize Tyler Smith Khoury, Managing Director at HKA, for her contributions as a member of the ICCA International Council for Commercial Arbitration‘s Cross-Institutional Task Force on Gender Diversity in Arbitral Appointments and Proceedings and the publication of its newly released 2026 Update.
Drawing on more than a decade of global data, the report examines trends in arbitral appointments and proceedings, providing valuable insights into the evolving international arbitration landscape. The update also expands its analysis to include expert witness participation and explores factors influencing the development of the next generation of arbitration professionals.
