Josephine Guckian is Partner and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at HKA, responsible for shaping and enhancing the firm’s global brand, reputation and market presence.

Working closely with senior business leaders, she leads integrated brand, marketing and communications strategies that strengthen HKA’s position as a leading global consultancy in dispute resolution, expert witness, litigation support, and advisory services. Through strategic campaigns, thought leadership, digital engagement, and client-focused programmes, she helps connect clients with the expertise, insights, and capabilities of HKA’s experts, consultants and advisors worldwide.

A Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Josephine has more than 27 years’ experience leading marketing and communications functions in international professional services organisations.

Prior to joining HKA, she was UK Head of Marketing at WSP, one of the world’s leading engineering professional services firms. Before that, she served as Group Marketing & Communications Director at Sweett Group (now Currie & Brown), where she led the firm’s global marketing and communications strategy.

Josephine chairs HKA’s Environmental, Social & Governance Steering Committee, working with the ESG leads and colleagues across the business, she helps drive progress against HKA’s ESG commitments and long-term objectives.
