Expertise
Martin Campbell is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with nearly 20 years of experience. He has been appointed as a quantum expert on several occasions.
Martin has been appointed in matters before the Technology and Construction Court (Leeds). He has produced various expert reports for disputes with values of up to £10 million.
Martin specialises in the independent valuation of remedial works, prolongation costs, and final account claims across major international construction and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience as a lead assistant on a wide range of disputes from domestic adjudications to international arbitrations.
Background
Martin has prior experience as a quantity surveyor and contract administrator for major international contracting organisations in the UK, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He has assisted clients with contractual and commercial services across the buildings, industrial, infrastructure, oil and gas, and power and utilities industries.
Martin is a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Registered Expert Witness. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
