Ryan Hart is a forensic accountant and economic damages expert with more than ten years of experience providing financial, economic, and damages analysis in complex commercial disputes, and international arbitration matters.

Ryan has testified at deposition and arbitration hearings and has worked closely with clients, counsel, and opposing experts throughout the dispute resolution process.

Ryan specializes in the analysis and quantification of economic damages in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, warranty, post-acquisition, and intellectual property matters. He advises clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations by evaluating financial, accounting, operational, and project performance data. Ryan has significant experience in government contracting and construction claims involving delays, disruptions, productivity impacts, design changes, contract terminations, and cost accounting issues, as well as in international arbitration matters where he has assisted in quantifying damages in large, multinational disputes.

Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a master’s in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
