Steve Culp is Chief Executive Officer of HKA. He has more than 30 years of experience advising global organizations through growth, transformation, and increasing complexity.

Prior to joining HKA, Steve spent more than three decades at Accenture, where he served as a Senior Managing Director and Global Risk Lead. During his career, he advised many of the world’s leading organizations on strategy, finance, enterprise risk, governance, and large-scale transformation programs. He worked extensively across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

As a trusted advisor to boards, chief executives, and senior leadership teams, Steve has helped organizations navigate complex business challenges, build resilience, and deliver sustainable growth. He has lived and worked across major international markets and has significant experience leading teams across diverse cultures and geographies.

As Chief Executive Officer, Steve leads HKA’s global business and is responsible for the firm’s strategy, performance, and long-term growth. Working with senior leaders across the business, he is focused on building on HKA’s strong foundations, accelerating growth, and strengthening the firm’s position as a trusted advisor to clients worldwide.
