​Kandace Zimmerman​

Kandace Zimmerman is a planning and scheduling professional with over 20 years of experience. She has been appointed as a technical expert on 26 occasions.

Darcy Holderness​

Darcy Holderness is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has been appointed as a technical expert.

Darcy has testified as an expert at arbitration regarding engineering and technical root cause determinations, and has assisted in two major arbitrations as a factual witness and proper officer. He has produced expert reports on disputes with values of up to $2 million.

Darcy has delivered nuclear power, fossil fuel, and renewable energy projects covering all aspects of utility power plants, including fuel and waste handling, steam and water cycles, heat rejection systems, water treatment, air handling, and HVAC.  This includes over a decade of experience working with carbon capture, compression, transport, and storage systems. He has experience in siting power plants, initial project and organizational development, design review, contract negotiation and administration, construction oversight, commissioning, deficiency management, and operational support. 

Darcy specializes in disputes within the energy industry regarding major project delivery and engineering management. He has expertise in engineering standard of care, construction execution and oversight, and operational and maintenance planning.

Oguzhan Cinar

Oguzhan Cinar is a civil engineer with over 10 years of experience. He has been appointed as a quantum and delay expert and assisted the named expert on 15 occasions.

Oguzhan has acted as an expert in litigation and international arbitration proceedings, as well as a lead assistant in construction disputes. He has prepared expert reports on disputed projects with values of over $1 billion.

Oguzhan has hands-on experience as a civil and cost engineer on construction and infrastructure projects in Qatar, Tanzania and Turkey. He has assisted clients in addressing global settlement issues, conducting financial reporting, implementing earned value analysis, and managing activity and source-based progress and budgeting.

Andrew Merrilees​

​​Andrew Merrilees is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience. He has been appointed as a quantum and delay expert on more than 15 occasions.

Deviprasad Pentapati​

Deviprasad Pentapati is a civil engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has been appointed as a technical expert and has been an assistant to the named expert on 15 occasions.

Thomas Moreno

Thomas Moreno is a certified construction inspector with over 25 years of experience. He has been appointed as a technical expert on 100 occasions.

Thomas has testified in arbitration and litigation, including delivering concurrent evidence (hot tubbing). He has prepared expert witness reports and worked closely with attorneys, legal support teams, and opposing experts regarding site inspections, defining scopes of repair, estimating costs, and facilitating settlement negotiations on disputes with values of up to $12 million.

Thomas has experience in change order management, request for information, request for proposal, and insurance property loss estimation using proprietary systems and CSI formats. Corrinne McLeish

Corrinne McLeish is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience, including the last eight years spent in dispute resolution. She has been appointed as a quantum expert six times and has assisted the named expert on over 30 occasions.  

Corrinne has been involved in arbitration, adjudication, litigation, and mediation proceedings. She has acted as lead assistant on projects with disputed values of up to £197 million.

Corrinne holds a master’s in construction law, arbitration, and adjudication, along with a legal experience training advanced professional award in expert witness evidence. She is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Adjudication Society, and a senior associate of the Academy of Experts. Corrinne is an active committee member of the CIArb Scotland Branch and an ambassador for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and RICS Inspire initiatives.  

Kadir Varol

Kadir Varol is a civil engineer with nearly 15 years of experience. He has been appointed as a delay and programming expert on two occasions and has assisted the named expert numerous times.  

Kadir has been involved in arbitration, litigation, and adjudication proceedings. He has assisted in analysing disputes and producing expert reports for hospitals, airports, infrastructure, power plants, and residential projects with disputed values of up to €2 billion.

He holds an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Ali Cherri

Ali Cherri is a civil engineer with over 10 years of experience. He has been appointed as a delay expert and has assisted the named expert on more than 15 occasions.  

​​Ali has acted as the lead delay assistant to the testifying expert in arbitration and litigation and has attended multiple hearings. His engagements have covered construction project matters across the Middle East and North America, with disputed values of up to $40 million.

Ali holds a degree in civil engineering with a specialization in project management. He is a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec, Canada, and is fluent in English, French and Arabic.​  

​Mark Boehm​

Mark Boehm is a construction professional with over 20 years of experience. He has assisted the named expert on ten occasions.
