HKA enhances forensic accounting capabilities in Australia with the hire of Sanjana Chandorkar
HKA is pleased to welcome Sanjana Chandorkar as a Director in our International regional Forensic Accounting and Commercial Damages team. Her appointment reflects our continued growth in Australia and strengthens our ability to support clients across complex disputes, investigations, and forensic accounting matters.
Sanjana joins HKA after nine years with Deloitte, where she advised clients on a broad range of dispute and forensic accounting engagements. Her experience includes economic loss quantification for commercial litigation matters, large-scale remediation and claims administration programmes, fund and asset tracing matters, and investigations into allegations of fraud, accounting irregularities, including financial misstatements, and bribery and corruption.
I am delighted to be joining HKA at such an exciting time. I look forward to supporting clients while contributing to the continued growth of HKA’s Forensic Accounting and Commercial Damages team in Australia and across the International region.
Sanjana has significant experience preparing expert reports and supporting experts in proceedings before Australia’s leading courts, including the Supreme Courts of Victoria and New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia, the District Court of New South Wales, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Sanjana is a highly regarded forensic accounting professional with an impressive track record, as well as significant experience supporting expert evidence in high-profile matters. We are delighted to welcome her to HKA and look forward to seeing the value she will bring to our clients and our growing team in Australia.
Sanjana holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She is a dual-qualified Chartered Accountant, a CA forensic accounting specialist, and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
