Dulani brings more than 20 years of international experience advising Boards, executive teams, and project sponsors on capital project delivery, operational performance, portfolio risk, and project controls across the mining, energy, infrastructure, and government sectors. Throughout her career, she has successfully led complex, high-value advisory engagements, built specialist teams and capabilities, and helped organisations improve project outcomes through stronger governance, risk management, cost control, and schedule performance. Her deep industry expertise and strategic approach to project delivery position her well to support clients in navigating complex challenges and maximising value across major projects and portfolios.

I love to draw on my many years of industry experience to help clients navigate challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes. Having worked in similar environments myself, I understand the frustrations, complexities, and opportunities they face. By combining lessons learned from both successes and setbacks, I help clients develop practical solutions that support their goals and drive lasting results.

I am also deeply passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a particular focus on increasing female representation and leadership in STEM, construction, mining, and energy. I am committed to inspiring and empowering others, and my goal is to share my enthusiasm for work and life in a way that motivates people to reach their full potential and create positive change.
