Partnering for Success program – Regional Delivery Consortia mobilisation

Sydney Water’s Partnering for Success (P4S) program achieved a major milestone last week with the Regional Delivery Consortia (RDC) commencing mobilisation on 7th January. This follows the completion of the transaction and the contract award to three RDC’s on 18 December. The HKA team has been at the forefront leading the transaction and delivering every milestone on time.

HKA has supported Sydney Water throughout the entire P4S program – designing, planning and delivering both the transaction and transformation. We will continue our support to Sydney Water in the next phase – leading the implementation of RDC during mobilisation, supporting contract management and developing the shared purchasing supply-chain.
