​Kandace Zimmerman​

Kandace Zimmerman is a planning and scheduling professional with over 20 years of experience. She has been appointed as a technical expert on 26 occasions.

Darcy Holderness​

Darcy Holderness is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has been appointed as a technical expert.

Darcy has testified as an expert at arbitration regarding engineering and technical root cause determinations, and has assisted in two major arbitrations as a factual witness and proper officer. He has produced expert reports on disputes with values of up to $2 million.

David Ward

David Ward is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience. He has assisted the named quantum expert on more than 15 occasions.

David has acted as lead assistant in arbitration, litigation, and adjudication proceedings in the UK and internationally. He has drafted technical sections of expert reports for disputes on buildings, infrastructure, energy, transport, and commercial developments.

Oguzhan Cinar

Oguzhan Cinar is a civil engineer with over 10 years of experience. He has been appointed as a quantum and delay expert and assisted the named expert on 15 occasions.

Andrew Merrilees​

Matthew Hoover​

Matthew Hoover is a Certified Public Accountant with eight years of experience. He has assisted the named expert on more than 10 occasions.

Thomas Shearn

Thomas Shearn is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with nearly 20 years of experience. He has been appointed as a quantum expert twice and has supported the named expert on nine occasions.  

Thomas has assisted in a range of transportation and manufacturing related disputes in litigation and international arbitration. He has been engaged as an expert for matters in adjudication and has prepared expert reports on disputes with values of up to £4.1 million.   

Thomas has experience working with main contractors, subcontractors, and consultancies in the aviation, defence, highways, petrochemical, and water industries. He is knowledgeable in the majority of standard forms of construction contracts, including NEC, JCT, and FIDIC, as well as bespoke contracts.  

Thomas has expertise in assessing variations, prolongation costs, subcontractor delay and disruption, opinion on causation, and alternative figure assessment. His expert appointments have included adjudications for both a hotel development dispute and an assessment of the replacement services at a manufacturing facility.
