John A (Jack) MacGiffert

Lynne Baker

Lynne Baker is a widely experienced construction professional with more than 30 years of industry experience. She been named as expert for delay, quantum and technical matters.

Lynne has testified at arbitration and mediation including giving concurrent evidence. She has conducted the contract entitlement and schedule delay analysis for multiple claims by owners and contractors.

Lynne is a planning and scheduling professional who began her career in her family’s Associated General Contractors (AGC) business. This led her to direct project controls for an ENR Top 400 general contractor. Andrew (Drew) N Ray

Tim Overman

Tim Overman is a Professional Engineer and Certified Management Accountant with over 30 years of experience. He has specialized in the investigation of financial, causation and project scheduling issues, primarily related to government contracts and construction businesses.

Tim has presented his findings and opinions in settlement negotiations, mediations, administrative hearings, arbitrations, depositions, and at trial.
