HKA celebrates a new record of 54 experts recognised in Lexology Index’s Arbitration 2026 report, doubling its total over the last two years and topping the table for the firm with the most recommended experts.

The Arbitration report combines research from both Lexology Index and Global Arbitration Review (GAR) to reveal the world’s leading arbitration expert witnesses. Experts are identified through nominations from peers, clients, arbitrators, tribunal members, chairs, and counsel.
