Charles Wilsoncroft, Partner
Charles has a broad experience and knowledge of engineering, contract, commercial and project management within the construction and offshore engineering industry. Qualified and experienced as a chartered civil engineer, he has developed his career in the field of commercial management resulting in a strong all-round competency and capability, gaining a masters degree in construction law and membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
His role involves pre-contemporary and post-contract services; working with contracting and client bodies to ensure successful project commercial outcomes. Such services include contract review and drafting, contract and change management, programme management, claims management/advice, dispute resolution including handling adjudications, final account settlement and expert witness assistance in international litigation and arbitration.
Charles has written papers and tailored in-house and external seminars on contracts and contractual matters, both in the UK and abroad.
