In 2022, UN Women is celebrating under the theme Changing Climates: Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow.

To contribute to this conversation, Shamila Neelakandan, Partner and Head of Operations Malaysia and Singapore, spoke with the head of policy and climate change for WWF Malaysia, Lakshmi Lavanya Rama Iyer, about the role of women and their contribution as leaders in the area of sustainable growth.
