Together, the ED&I Summit & Awards create the Middle East region’s leading forum for understanding critical breakthroughs in this all-important topic and celebrating the businesses who are truly demonstrating its benefits.
The event brings together – as speakers and panelists – a spectrum of the leading personalities in the ED&I agenda. Throughout, it takes a strongly case study-led approach, with the objective that attendees will derive factual ‘takeaways’ which they can readily apply in their own organisations. In a day of premium networking, attendees can further their knowledge and discover the latest breakthroughs and innovations.
What we did
Amanda Clack, Partner and EMEA Regional CEO gave the keynote address titled, ED&I: From Mandate to Mantra. Her keynote review discussed the impact that a comprehensive commitment to ED&I makes on a company’s culture, and how – ideally – it will transform the day-to-day experience of each and every member of staff.
She then transitioned from the keynote speech to a fireside chat with Paul Godfrey, Head of Content for Middle East Consultant focusing on the realities of implementing an ED&I-compliant culture and how to overcome the typical roadblocks that the majority of businesses are likely to encounter.
In the afternoon, Helen Collie, Partner, spoke on a panel that addressed mentoring, the nature in which mentorship should occur in an organisation (whether formal or informal) and picking a mentor who is best suitable for you.
