HKA, a leading global consultancy in risk mitigation, advisory services, dispute resolution, expert witness and litigation support services, announced today that David Hull had joined HKA as an Advisory Partner based in Brisbane.

David is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of professional services experience in major infrastructure projects and program delivery across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. A highly qualified Civil Engineer, he has experience across multiple markets and understands their critical relationship with each other, including all modes of mass transit, health, energy, urban development, and water.

Before joining HKA, David led organisational strategy and business development teams across Australia and New Zealand at Jacobs for many years. Most recently, he led a focus on decarbonisation and digital solutions with clients in the resources sector, supporting their energy transition and value creation strategies. David has served as a Board Member for the Infrastructure Association of Queensland and provided key leadership to Government, major private and industry to deliver major infrastructure programs.
