2023 Construction Law Foundations – Philadelphia

Presented by the ABA Forum on Construction Law, this two-day continuing legal education program combines two of the Forum’s most popular regional programs on consecutive days – Fundamentals of Construction Law (for the legal angle) and Sticks & Bricks (for the technical piece).  

HKA’s Mariusz Wiechec is presenting on Steel with Daniella Gordon of McCarter & English, LLP, on November 3 at 11:25 AM ET. They will discuss the fundamentals of structural steel design, fabrication, and construction, as well as address the most common structural steel issues on construction projects and the resulting potentially severe legal consequences for the construction team.
