Join HKA Partners Paul K. Meyer, Kelly Darroch, and Naomi Daysog on March 5 and 6 at The Sedona Conference on Global Intellectual Property Litigation in Munich, Germany. HKA is excited to be a Working Group Sponsor of this year’s conference.

On March 5, Paul is presenting as part of the program’s “Global SEP/FRAND Update” panel on topics addressing recent judgments and other current issues surrounding standard essential patents (SEPs) and the determination of a fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND) royalty rate.

The 2024 conference is being held in the home of the second section of the Central Division of the Unified Patent Court and will be a continuation of the in-depth dialogue started at the 2023 Conference on Global Intellectual Property Litigation held in London. In addition to the SEP/FRAND panel, discussion topics will also focus on recent developments in the U.S., European, and Asian legal landscapes; rapidly evolving case law; new guidelines from national competition authorities and other institutions; and other legislative initiatives shaping the current complex intellectual property landscape.
