- Werner Luus, HKA Director, will provide insights from HKA’s annual CRUX report, into the key causes of disputes and claims currently impacting the Renewable Energy, Transportation Infrastructure markets and Central European projects, analysing the impact of factors such as dysfunctional design processes, skills shortages and supply chain disruption on project performance, as well as potential measures that can be taken to address them;
- Natalia Mikołajczyk, Linklaters Managing Associate, will talk about the legal measures, including some contractual solutions, which can be adopted to address the above issues.
