  2. A discussion about the issues regarding the valuation of IP in the context of disputes amongst Jonathan Ellis, Kathleen Paisley, Richard Goh and Srividya Gopal, moderated by Michael Peer, including the challenges, the legal context and the emerging trends;
  3. A discussion amongst Sandy Widjaja, Chuan Wee Meng, Ignacio de Castro and Shaun Lee of the benefits of IP & Tech Mediation in preserving and enhancing parties’ relationships while providing speedy settlements compared to other forms of dispute resolution, moderated by Jonathan Choo;
  4. A discussion amongst Lam Chung Nian, Charlie Xie, Ignacio de Castro and Colin Birss about understanding the challenges at the intersection of antitrust, IP, and contract law in FRAND (Fair, Reasonable, and Non-Discriminatory) licensing and Standard Essential Patents (SEPs), moderated by Mark Lim; and
  5. A discussion amongst Daryl Lim, David Llewelyn, Simon Chesterman, Amita Haylock and Mark Flanagan on how the law should respond to the many issues which arise from the breakneck developments in the field of artificial intelligence and related technology, moderated by Gabriel Ong.
