About the Speakers
Michelle Metz Michelle Metz is a partner at HKA with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. Michelle assists and advises clients on matters of delay, including advice on the preparation of master programmes and the management of time risk and extension of time assessments. She has acted as a delay expert on ten occasions. Gregory Buckley Gregory Buckley is a partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s construction and engineering disputes team and is based in their Manchester office. He specialises in the resolution and avoidance of large-scale infrastructure, energy, chemical and general construction/engineering disputes. He has experience of mediation, adjudication and domestic and international arbitration.
