The focus of the International Chapter of the AFDCI / French Society of Construction Law is to promote the study and progress of French construction law and its collaboration with other international construction organisations focusing on international construction contracts and dispute resolution forums.
The event includes a keynote lecture by Christopher Seppälä, followed by a round table discussion on “Good faith” and a further round table providing the “Past, current and future trends: views and wish-lists of Contractors’ General Counsel”.
