Institute of Risk Management (IRM) inaugural Australian networking event

HKA is thrilled to sponsor the inaugural Australia Regional Group – IRM Networking Event in Sydney on Thursday, 31 August 2022.

This hybrid event will have attendees participating in person in Sydney and others joining via a webinar from different locations across Australia and beyond.

The event will include a keynote presentation on artificial intelligence (AI) from Cuong Quang, Co-founder of Octant AI, and a panel discussion. The panel will feature industry experts across transport infrastructure, education, financial services and insurance, who will share their expertise on effective risk management and building resilience during these challenging and competitive times. This includes Juan Martin-Hernandez, a risk specialist in HKA’s Project Advisory team, Kumar Srinivasan, the Director of Risk & Insurance at the University of Technology Sydney and Jonathan Groves, the Chief Risk Officer of QBE Insurance.

The presentations will run for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, followed by a networking session with refreshments and food provided.
