Panel Discussion
HKA is delighted to be partnering with RCAN to host what we hope will be a lively discussion under the Chatham House Rule around mentoring, sponsorship and “cheerleading” and how to make these things work for you in advancing your career.

Using real examples and their experiences, the panel will discuss how to achieve your career aspirations by using all the tools available in the workplace, including:
- What makes a ‘good’ mentor and what are the pros and cons of company-led or self-driven mentoring?.
- How to engage support from sponsors and make sponsorship work for you and your individual goals.
- The impact an effective ‘cheerleader’ can have and how to be one.
