Public Counsel’s William O. Douglas Award Dinner 

HKA is honored to be a Partner-level sponsor of this year’s William O. Douglas Award Dinner in Beverly Hills on February 25. Mike Wallace, Whitney Alary, Alex Menenberg, Colin Choi, and Kate Krueger look forward to attending this annual flagship fundraiser and supporting Public Counsel’s mission.  

The event begins at 5:30 PM PT with a reception at the Beverly Wilshire and continues with the award dinner starting at 6:30 PM PT. The event honors multiple award winners, including this year’s William O. Douglas Award honoree, Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi; Corporate Achievement Award winner, Mattel, Inc.; and Law Firm Pro Bono Award winner, Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. This annual event is attended by nearly 1,200 leaders from the business, legal, political, entertainment, philanthropic, and corporate communities.  

Public Counsel is a nonprofit public interest law firm dedicated to advancing civil rights and racial and economic justice and empowering clients through comprehensive legal advocacy. The firm works with more than 3,000 pro bono partners from leading law firms, top universities, and major corporations.
