Spill the wine – user experience in arbitration March 2023

DLA Piper, HKA and Young ArbitralWomen invite you to join us for a networking event to discuss arbitration in Australia.

At the event, we will be joined by the key stakeholders in any arbitral process – an arbitrator, counsel, in-house counsel, expert and litigation funder – who ‘spill the wine’ on the real user experience in arbitration. During the session, we will ask each stakeholder to provide insight into their intended role, vis-à-vis the role they end up playing. We will also interrogate the proponents on what they appreciate most about each other, including where frustrations might arise within the stresses of an arbitration process.
