Lorna Cuthbertson Tardif
Lorna has more than 35 years of experience in claims consultancy, dispute resolution and project advisory services in the construction industry. She has been retained as an independent expert by owners, contractors, design professionals and financial institutions on hundreds of matters over her career and has given expert witness testimony before courts and arbitration panels across Canada and in the US. Her expertise lies in delay analysis, analysis of labour productivity and quantification of damages. She also has sat as an arbitrator and has mediated the resolution of construction disputes.
