Mari Korton

Mari Korton is a Certified Public Accountant and specializes in the investigation and resolution of business disputes, primarily related to construction, forensic accounting and government contracts matters. 

Mari has worked for construction contractors and subcontractors, public and private owners, and others. She has worked with project managers, project superintendents and counsel in preparing analyses, expert reports, and presentations to assist in dispute resolution.

Mari has analyzed accounting, financial, and economic damages issues and provided litigation support in various types of disputes. She is experienced in claims analysis, forensic accounting, funds/asset tracing, construction management and delay impact analysis on a variety of projects, including power plants, refineries, casinos, hotels, condominiums, and a national laboratory.

Mari Korton has investigated subcontractor, contractor and owner claims arising from cost overruns, lost profits, productivity loss, extended general conditions, and project delays.
