Sarah Ketchum

Sarah Ketchum is a delay, forensic accounting, and quantum expert with 19 years of experience in the construction and commercial damages industries.

Sarah has presented as an expert at a settlement conference in a lost profits matter. She has also assisted in the preparation of expert reports and subsequent expert testimony in federal and state courts, domestic and international arbitrations, and mediations. She has directed and supervised the day-to-day activities of numerous large engagements and project teams.

Sarah has experience on projects throughout Asia and North America. She has worked for a myriad of client sectors, including buildings, defense, industrial, infrastructure, oil and gas, manufacturing, power and utilities, and technology. She specializes in the investigation and resolution of business disputes primarily related to the construction, government contracts, and commercial damages industries.

Sarah has analyzed accounting, financial, and economic damages issues and provided litigation support in various types of disputes, including construction disputes, commercial damages investigations, government contracts disputes, breaches of contract, patent infringements, lost profits disputes, accounting investigations, false claim/qui tam lawsuits, requests for equitable adjustment, and business interruption disputes. Furthermore, Sarah has performed accounting, economic, and financial analyses including analysis of costs resulting from breach of contract; analysis of increased costs and project cost growth, including those related to delay, disruption, termination, and productivity issues; analysis of lost profits; and analysis of business interruption losses.

Sarah Ketchum holds a BBA in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), a member of the Illinois Federation of Business Women’s Clubs, and a member of the Certified Fraud Examiner’s (ACFE) Greater Chicago Chapter.
