Tim Pergolin

Tim Pergolin has five years of experience providing dispute resolution, litigation, and complex contract compliance advisory services.      

Tim has conducted business system assessments and audits, developed financial models and simulations, performed financial forecasting and budgeting, and assisted clients in proposal writing and bid pricing for multiple Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs). He has collaborated with stakeholders to create and reorganize accounting and financial frameworks to establish efficient and compliant accounting practices.  

Tim has advised clients on a wide range of services related to compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and general accepted accounting principles (GAAP). He has extensive program experience with Tableau, Power BI, Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Workday, Oracle, JMP, and ERP systems, allowing him to assist clients with accounting processes, data analytics, supply chain management, materials and services procurement, and factory production and inventory management. 

Tim specialises in US federal procurement regulation in the grants and federal contract space, supporting numerous clients build and refine procurement standards and processes as well as support firms undergoing DCMA Contractor Purchasing System Reviews. He has extensive experience building financial and budgeting simulations to project future earnings on new projects, products, and services, along with assisting clients to refine estimating practices when proposing on federal contracts. He has supported global energy and engineering firms build US federal segments of their companies to allow entry into the industry and worked with these partners to continue to grow and win numerous federal awards. 

Tim holds a bachelor’s in finance, with a minor in the legal environment of business.  He is currently studying to earn a master’s in business analytics and intelligence specializing in various business systems and data visualization programming.
