HKA leads a team of SMEs to secure place on crown commercial service management consultancy framework

HKA has entered into a four-year agreement with the UK Government’s Crown Commercial Service (CCS) to provide advisory services on Lot 7 – Infrastructure of CCS’s Management Consultancy Framework.

HKA formed a bidding consortium of highly specialised SMEs (Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises) comprising Spitfire Consultancy, Mind Gym, LogiKal Projects, Mosaic Island, Aspire, and Equib.  The successful consortium will provide a wide range of advisory services — forecasting, planning and strategy, programme and project management, business case development, procurement and supply, risk and opportunity management, capability development, and transformation, change and delivery — in the infrastructure sector.

UK public sector bodies will use the Management Consultancy Framework, including Central Government Departments and their Arm’s Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities.

Harry Colledge, Executive Director and Framework Lead at HKA (pictured), said: “We are delighted to secure a place on the Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework. Our consortium has the right skills, capabilities and expertise, to provide an exemplary service, delivering best value for money to UK public sector bodies.”

HKA has a strong track record in UK infrastructure having successfully provided advisory services on high-profile projects for several public sector clients in this sector.
