HKA expands Delay and Disruption services in Asia with the appointment of Stephen Wright

HKA, the global leading consultancy for multi-disciplinary expert and specialist services in risk mitigation and dispute resolution within the capital projects and infrastructure sector, today announced that Stephen Wright has joined the firm as Director, based in Singapore.

Stephen brings with him over 25 years of industry experience in a wide spectrum of projects, particularly in the power, transportation and infrastructure sector. He joins our team of globally acclaimed delay experts, Andrei Soltan and Angela Horden in HKA’s Singapore office.

Stephen has acted as an expert witness and provided oral testimony in arbitration and dispute board hearings. Besides undertaking expert commissions, he also provides forensic delay and disruption analysis, review and preparation of extension of time claims and retrospective delay analysis. His other core competencies include critical path programme preparation, strategic programming, procedures and controls, programme audits, claims avoidance and risk analysis. He is well versed with various analytical programming software and specialises in Primavera Project Planner and Artemis.

With the majority of his time spent in Asia working on projects in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, Stephen has amassed extensive knowledge and experience which will be valuable and helpful in supporting our clients in Asia. He has also been actively involved in projects throughout Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

Prior to joining HKA, Stephen was the Asia regional director at DGA Group and before that a Partner and Asia operational director at Arcadis (EC Harris).
