Executive Vincent Manuele, Esq. joins the Advisory Group as Principal. Manuele is an engineer and licensed attorney with more than 35 years of experience providing advisory and management consulting services in the engineering and construction industry. He is a trusted advisor to corporate and public entities on the planning, execution, oversight and closeout of large capital projects, and the resolution of claims and disputes. He has served as an arbitrator on complex construction disputes and has project experience in North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Europe. Prior to joining HKA, he was Director, Capital Projects and Infrastructure, with PWC. Vincent earned his J.D. from the College of William and Mary, and his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University.

Scott Wilson joins the Advisory Group as Principal. Wilson has 28 years of consulting experience, providing strategy, operations, infrastructure development, asset management, market, customer, policy, and business advisory to energy corporations, utilities, and technology companies.  Previously, he was a Principal (Partner) with Exponent, a Partner with Scott Madden, and an executive with Worley Parsons.  Scott is an energy specialist with experience of regional energy markets, generation, transmission and distribution, operations and maintenance and grid system network operations.  He gained a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and completed his MBA from the University of North Carolina.  He is an Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) board-certified measurement and verification professional (CMVP) and energy audit professional (CEA).

Jason C. Kinslow joins the Advisory Group as Principal. Kinslow has more than 20 years of experience leading companies in performance improvement and strategic initiatives. He has both domestic and international experience working in the United States, Canada, Europe, South Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand. He managed over 80 energy projects ranging from small engagements to large, multi-year global assignments. Prior to joining HKA, he led IBM’s North American Energy and Utilities Advanced Metering Infrastructure Group. He received his B.S. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
