Kate Wood, Chief People Officer

Hayley Abrahams, People Manager, London

Hayley has 10 years’ experience in strategic and operational Human Resources.  She has a diverse background, with a keen interest in employee engagement, health and wellbeing, performance management and Equality, diversity, and inclusion. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a certified Mental Health First Aider.


Ben Berry, Director, Sydney

Ben is a dynamic supply chain leader with a proven track record of optimising value and innovation in demanding environments across transportation, central and regional government, public and private healthcare, and automotive sectors. He has an established record of developing and delivering procurement strategies for complex major projects. Ben has relocated from the UK where he was a Senior Commercial Manager at Transport for London. Ben is widely regarded as a leading expert in supply chain optimisation, transforming clients’ approaches to strategic supplier management, supply chain risk management, supply chain intelligence, and market engagement. 


Laura Burlau, Senior Consultant, Glasgow

Laura is a Civil Engineer and Quantity Surveyor with 20 years of UK and international experience in quantity surveying, procurement, commercial/contract management, environmental and project management. Laura comes from a main contracting background and has held various operational and commercial management roles on high value projects in the UK and Europe and has experience in the rail, power, nuclear and infrastructure sectors.


Michael Cuevas, Director, Miami

Michael Cuevas is a licensed Professional Engineer with experience in the structural, civil, and forensic investigative engineering fields. He joins the Miami office as Director.


Joëlle Mdidech, Associate Director, Paris

Joëlleis a Masters’ Degree educated, Paris based senior contract manager with more than 16 years’ professional experience. Over this period, she has gained experience of managing complex EPC project contracts, ranging up to €340m in value, requiring her to coordinate and manage teams of 30+ professional staff, under a range of different contract forms. She has gained this experience with a breadth of French operators across a range of sectors including energy, industrial, railway, infrastructure and construction sectors.


Paul Royds, Director, Sydney

Paul is a multi-disciplined professional with expertise in procurement, business consulting and project management. He has led and implemented category plans and procurement strategies across a range of portfolios, including Construction, Property, Corporate Services, Marketing and Manufacturing. He joins us from UNSW where he was Head of Estate and Research Procurement.


Mahmoud Shehata, Associate Consultant, Dubai

Mahmoud has 12 years’ of Quantity Surveying experience working in the construction industry and has worked on a number of interesting construction projects across the UAE and in Egypt. His experience mainly involves building projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Mahmoud also holds an MSc (distinction) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt.


Ricardo Silva, Enterprise Resource Planning System Manager, Warrington

Ricardo has more than 10 years’ experience implementing and managing system implementations across different business types. Ricardo holds a degree in Accounting and Management and post-graduations in corporate finance and Information systems and technologies. Most recently, he lead a finance systems transformation program within an IT delivery company.


Alan Tyndel, Associate Technical Director, London

Alan is a chartered civil engineer with 15 years’ experience specialising in the design of bridges, maritime, and other heavy civils/structural projects. He is an experienced project manager and project director delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects and has fulfilled the role of design lead on several high profile coastal and flood alleviation schemes. Alan regularly fulfils the role of Principal Designer as per CDM 2015 for his projects. He also has wide experience of obtaining planning and marine consents for landmark projects. His experience includes working on expert witness cases and providing technical guidance to support insurance claims. He also has extensive experience of leading and undertaking inspections of various structures and undertaking complex structural analysis to determine remedial works.
