Nupur Bakshi, Information Technology Site Support Analyst, Sydney
Nupur has extensive experience working in a service desk environment and she provides the highest level of delivery of end-to-end user support to resolve technical issues, incidents, and work requests within a complex ITIL-based infrastructure. She has worked as a Service Desk Analyst for Transport for NSW and joins us from TAFE, NSW.
Randle Beck, Managing Consultant, Johannesburg
Working on multi-billion rand projects, Randle has vast experience in the area of cost managing high profile projects. Randle has over 16 years experience which includes both professional and construction experience involving a great deal of complex projects such as hotels, airports, hospitals & housing projects
Franco Benza, Associate Director, Washington D.C.
Franco Benza has more than 14 years of experience providing claims and financial consulting services to a variety of international clients. Franco’s expertise includes quantum damages, financial modeling, managerial accounting, lost profits, and dispute resolution. He has also served as an expert witness and testified in International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and domestic arbitrations in English and Spanish.
Kristen Currie, Associate Director, New Zealand
Kristen Currie is a risk and assurance specialist with over 26 years of experience in professional services firms, industry, private sector companies, local and central government. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and has worked in risk and assurance roles at Ngāi Tahu Holdings Corporation, Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu, Land Information New Zealand, Toitū te Whenua and the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority. In addition, Kristen has held risk management roles at several professional services firms and joins HKA from KPMG.
Sam Freemantle, Finance Manager, Johannesburg
Sam has more than nine years experience in financial accounting and corporate finance. His expertise include developing systems of internal control, financial analysis, cost control, risk assessment and financial management. Previously, Sam has played key roles in leading finance teams in improving operational efficiencies, enhancing regulatory compliance and executing on strategic objectives. Sam has worked within mining, manufacturing, media & telecommunications and professional services companies.
Lavinia Howden, Business Support Administrator, Sydney
Lavinia is a detail-oriented administrator with experience in customer service roles and providing administrative support to senior executives. She joins us from IAG.
Kaveh Kia, Associate Director, Sydney
KavehKia has a successful track record of delivering project development, project performance management and program control services on large-scale infrastructure projects. He returns to HKA from Oliver Wyman.
Daniel Latter, Associate Director, Houston
Daniel Latter is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of pipeline construction industry experience with closely held growth-oriented companies. Daniel’s areas of expertise include accounting/finance, legal matters, and business development. He joins the Houston office as Associate Director.
Brylle Magbanua, Associate Consultant, Las Vegas
Brylle’s experience is in manufacturing in the sheet metal and payment card industries. In previous roles he has worn multiple hats, dabbling in industrial, quality, design and process engineering and maintenance. He has worked on projects creating automated sequencing machines, working with contractors to install new equipment.
Juan Martin-Hernandez, Director, Sydney
Juan Martin-Hernandez is a qualified Civil and Environmental Engineer and a Certified Practicing Risk Associate with over 20 years of experience in planning, design, procurement and delivery of industrial and transport infrastructure in Australasia, Europe and the Americas. This includes due diligence specific to PPP (Public-Private Partnership)-procured transport projects, particularly risk management, environmental compliance, and design and construction monitoring. Juan has provided risk management services for major transport infrastructure projects in NSW for 15 years, including the Rozelle Interchange, Transport Access Program and Sydney Metro.
Ram Nallamilli, Managing Consultant, Qatar
Ram has over 10 years of experience as a senior scheduling and project control professional. He has worked across numerous projects across the Middle East in the O&G, Residential, Hotel and Infrastructure sectors. Ram holds a Masters in Design Engineering, as well as a BEng in Mechanical Engineering.
Steven Quach, Consultant, Sydney
Steven is a structural engineer specialising in the residential construction industry. He has managed projects from the initial proposal stage, progressing to design and documentation through to final construction and inspections. He joins us from Geotron Engineering Consultants.
Rachit Seth, Consultant, Singapore
Rachit is a planning engineer with over two years of experience in the construction industry across sectors such as transportation infrastructure and utilities in Singapore. He has experience developing tender programmes, baseline programmes and progress monitoring & reporting for major projects. Rachit holds an MSc in International Construction Management and joins us from a major local Main Contractor.
Dina Shabib, Managing Consultant, Abu Dhabi
Dina holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and has 16 years of experience working in the construction industry. Working as a Claims Consultant for 12 years, Dina has been engaged on a number of projects across the GCC, Jordan, Lebanon, Algeria and Egypt. She also has previous experience as a Site Engineer. Dina is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) and holds a FIDIC Future Leaders Management (FLMC) Certificate.
Rajesh Sharma, Senior Implementation Consultant, Sydney
Rajesh is an experienced techno-functional consultant and has wide-ranging experience at an international level. His work has included solution implementation, integration, customisation and support for multiple portfolio, program, project, and cost control systems. He has rich experience in end-to-end project life cycle management, from initiation, through planning, execution, and closure on both technical and functional levels. He joins us from Prescience Technology.
April Tan, Finance Manager, Kuala Lumpur
April is a finance management professional with experience preparing and analysing financial statements to contribute to the development of the business strategy plan, BS reconciliation, audit/tax filing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow, and project management.
Leanne Tanner, Director, Sydney
Leanne is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Economics. She specialises assessing and quantifying damages, with experience across competition, commercial disputes, construction and delay, valuation, and financial services. She joins us from AlixPartners in the UK.
Jennifer Zhang, Accountant, Sydney
Jennifer has a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. She is a qualified CPA and has worked in the accounting and finance department in commercial organisations and in full accounting roles. She joins us from Advanced Mobile IT.
