HKA is the primary source of architect experts with three of its Technical Experts, Hamish Clark, Robert Campbell and Euan Geddes, featured in The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Expert Register. From a membership of 40,000, only 16 are listed in the RIBA Expert Register.
Hamish Clark, Director, based in Sydney, is a Chartered Architect with more than 35 years of experience as a practising architect. He has acted as an expert architect on numerous occasions and has been a member of a team of experts on further occasions. Hamish has given evidence and been cross-examined in the International Court of Arbitration in Singapore and Court of Session in Edinburgh. He has participated in providing concurrent evidence.
Robert Campbell, Consultant, based in Glasgow, is a Chartered Architect with 40 years of experience. Robert has been appointed as adjudicator numerous times on building defects, provided expert opinion on over 100 occasions on building defects and personal injury, and has given evidence on several occasions.
Euan Geddes, Technical Director, based in Glasgow, is a Chartered Architect with over 25 years of experience. He is an experienced expert witness, having prepared reports and briefing documents for use in a variety of forums including litigation, arbitration and adjudication covering all aspects of architectural work from construction defects and contractual disputes through to professional negligence. He has been appointed as an adjudicator.
