HKA Principals Rocco Vespe and Peter Vosbikian will host a CMAA webinar on the topic of Successful Claims Management. The program will address how to recognize and manage construction claims. The presenters will define and explain some of the most common causes of claims including differing site conditions, ambiguous contract documents, poor communication, failure to act promptly regarding changes, and lack of team spirit. The program will conclude with some keys to project success.
