Ben joined HKA in April 2022 to establish and lead our Supply Chain Optimisation (SCO) service line.  Ben has brought a wealth of experience to our business having worked on major projects with public and private sector clients in the UK and Australia. Ben is an advocate of the ‘extended enterprise’ approach underprinned by supply chain collaboration, data-driven supply chain intelligence and transparency.

Ben has a proven track record with over 20 years of experience optimising value and innovation in demanding environments across transportation, central and regional government, public and private healthcare, water infrastructure and automotive sectors. Ben has an established record of developing and delivering procurement strategies for complex major projects including development of requirements, procurement execution, drafting, interpreting and applying commercial terms in contracts, and supplier management.

Ben is widely regarded as a leading expert in supply chain optimisation, transforming clients’ approaches to strategic supplier management, supply chain risk management, supply chain intelligence, and market engagement.

Over the last 10 years I have specialised in the field of supplier management, where I’m particularly interested and passionate about optimising business-to-business relationships, uplifting organisational capability and business intelligence to create and deliver mutually beneficial and sustainable outcomes with supply chains.
