About Paul
Paul joined HKA in April 2022 as a leader in the Strategy and Commercial team. Paul is a multi-disciplined professional with over 18 years of experience in procurement, commercial strategy and supply chain. Working across a range of industries, including public and private sectors, Paul has led numerous procurement transformations, category strategies, transactions and commercial/supplier performance uplifts that focus on whole-of-life value creation. With deep expertise in construction, infrastructure, ops/FM, manufacturing and corporate services, Paul has implemented a range of delivery models, contracts and strategies that focus on collaboration, sustainability and supplier partnering.
