Curious about international arbitration in the mining industry? If so, don’t miss the 2024 ITA Conference on International Arbitration in the Mining Sector being held in Toronto on March 6 and 7.
Now in its second year, the ITA Conference kicks off with a Young Lawyers Roundtable presented by Young ITA, two panel discussions on deploying persuasive evidence and quantifying damages in mining arbitration, a welcome reception, and an optional dinner at Chefs Hall from 7:00 – 8:30 PM ET.
On March 7, attendees can look forward to a variety of panel discussions pertaining to international mining disputes before wrapping up their day with light refreshments and plenty of networking opportunities at the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee Reception. HKA’s Tracy Doyle, Mark Funk, Jeff McCain, and Bulut Cinar look forward to seeing colleagues and clients from 6:00 – 8:00 PM ET at Arbitration Place for this HKA-sponsored reception.
