Juli Saitz

Juli Saitz is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly 25 years of experience. She has been appointed as an expert in matters of forensic accounting on more than 20 occasions.

Juli has testified in both litigation and arbitration for disputed values in excess of $100 million. She has served as an expert in matters involving business divorces; shareholder disputes; fraud claims; breach of contract matters; patent, trademark, and copyright infringement; and royalty disputes.

Juli has a background in commercial disputes and financial consulting services related to financial analysis, investigations, and damage analysis. She is experienced across a range of industries including entertainment, real estate, hospitality, food and beverage, consumer products, financial services, and manufacturing.

Juli’s expertise includes strategic review, financial analysis, profit calculations, cost claims, incremental profit analysis, licensing and royalty determinations, manufacturing and marketing capacity, fixed and variable cost analysis, allocation of costs, evaluation of forecasts and projects, and fiduciary oversight. She has supported stakeholders, senior executive teams, and boards of directors.

Juli is certified in financial forensics and accredited in business valuation. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of CPAs and the Licensing Executives Society.  She holds a leadership role in the Copyright Society of the USA.
